Apparently you still have to have a negative COVID test documentation even if you are fully vaccinated.
Are there any quarantine requirements once I arrive?
No quarantine required on Bonaire with your negative PCR test results.
That is correct.
Do you help us in Bonaire where to take the test before returning to USA?
Testing is easy to arrange on Bonaire. See http://www.bonbida.com/covid-19-pcr-testing-on-bonaire/
Bonaire has now added a second test (antigen test) that has to be taken 4 hours before boarding the final let to Bonaire. It is almost impossible to do
Yes, antigen test is required in addition to the PCR test. Convenient and easy at Curacao airport.
It certainly appears that the U.S. carriers are delaying the direct flights to Bonaire in order to put plans in place for the 4 hour antigen test requirement. That makes traveling via Curacao (with the ability to get your antigen test in the Curacao airport before departing for Bonaire) a reasonable alternative. This will be an evolving scenario we suspect.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
Travelers are advised to have insurance that will cover any medical costs (including COVID related treatment). No mandatory requirement, but any medical treatments will be at your expense.
