Chef Dick Bos, the owner and operator of Breeze n’ Bites, was the head chef at the first restaurant on this site – Den Laman restaurant in the 1980s & 90s. The newest entrant on Bonaire’s foodie scene delivers a fresh take on beachfront dining at the recently opened Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire. Designed and managed by Michelin star chef Jonnie Boer, guests may dine indoors or out and enjoy unique fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The dinner menu features a curated selection of dishes from De Librije (Boer’s Michelin star restaurant in Amsterdam), along with cuisine emphasizing local produce and flavors.
