We are introducing our new Flexible Booking Policy – FlexPlan — which allows you to delay your travel to Bonaire and transfer your payments to another travel date, completely free of charge, with no penalties or fees.
Whether you are booking your first, second or thirteenth trip with us, we understand you may be worried about travelling because of the uncertainty linked to COVID-19. FlexPlan is designed to give you reassurance and flexibility when booking with Bonaire Pros.
How does it work?
FlexPlan allows you to change your reservation dates through Bonaire Pros to new dates of your choice without losing any of your payments.
With FlexPlan for your Deposit, if you notify us at least 61 days prior to your travel dates, we can transfer your deposit to new dates of travel. No worries — you can change for any reason!
With FlexPlan for your Trip, if a COVID-19 related flight cancellation or government action makes travel no longer possible for your travel dates, you can transfer all payments to new travel dates with no penalty.
Once you have decided to Flex your deposit, OR you find out travel is no longer possible for your dates, notify us by email that you will not be traveling and then advise us of your new dates once you have selected them. That’s it!
FlexPlan applies to all payments you have made. You are obliged to pay your trip balance at due date if your plans do not change. But should you find out later that travel is not possible because of COVID-19 related flight cancellation or government action, you can select new travel dates and all payments will be applied to your new reservation.

Q: How many times can I change my booking?
A: FlexPlan allows you to make as many date changes as needed.
Q: Is there a time limit as to when I can rebook after I change my original booking?
A: FlexPlan requires that you travel within 12 months of your original trip dates. If you need more time, let us know and we will work to get you an extension.
Q: Can I have a refund of my deposit or other payments – I want to cancel my booking altogether?
A: Should you decide to completely cancel your trip, the standard terms and conditions of your hotel and package apply. Depending on the policy of the hotel and what you have booked, this may mean your deposit is non-refundable and other penalties may apply, depending on when you cancel. Ask your travel consultant for details regarding your hotel or package policies.
Q: When do I need to notify Bonaire Pros of a date change to my trip once I have decided to Flex?
A: Make sure you email notification at least 61 days before your arrival date to apply your deposit to new dates (if you prefer to delay your trip). OR If you cannot travel due to COVID-19 related flight cancellation due to government action, no matter how close to your planned trip dates, we can move your reservation and transfer all payments to the new dates (travel within 12 months of original travel dates).
Q: If I booked a summer or fall trip can I swap it to a winter trip instead, or vice versa?
A: Yes. FlexPlan means you can transfer your payments to new dates of your choice with no penalty — travel during summer, fall, winter or spring. However, seasonal rate increases for high season periods may result in an adjusted total trip cost.
Please note, FlexPlan cannot be used in conjunction with any resort specials requiring non-refundable full payment at time of booking.
